一、Wide application range

The boiler body structure has compact layout and small area occupied. The equipment is transported conveniently and delivered after quick overall loading. After it reaches the destination, you only need to install the boiler body and connect the pipe, and then you may ignite to use it. It is convenient and fast, and the installation cost is low.

The boiler is designed as per the atmospheric pressure. An atmosphere port is equipped at the top of boiler body. The boiler operates without pressure. The combustion is safe and reliable. There is no risk of safety at all.

IV. High heat efficiency

The combustion chamber is located in the boiler furnace. The fuel burns on the fixed grate through natural ventilation. The smoke generated will wash out the horizontal water pipe crosswise in the boiler furnace. After the heat in the smoke is fully utilized, the smoke will be discharged into the atmosphere through the soaring pipe and chimney.

V. Convenient maintenance and overhauling

All pipes subject to the heating area of boiler are straight, and sufficient cleaning hole devices are provided, making convenience for manual mechanical dirt cleaning and internal inspection and greatly facilitating the regular inspection and overhauling of boiler.

VI. Long service life

Our atmospheric pressure hot water boiler has water-cooling pipe bend structure in the hearth. The boiler furnace is located at the periphery. Thus, the heating area is large and heat efficiency is high.
