5H series fruit and vegetable dryer is an automatic drying equipment researched and developed by our R&D staff with dedication based on summary and absorption of advanced technologies home and abroad.

5H series fruit and vegetable dryer adopts forced ventilation, and heated air circulation method to transmit thermal power and exchange the humidity and heat. Compared with the traditional dryer in China, the equipment has advantages of large material loading density, labor saving, fuel saving, stable temperature and humidity, high automation, easy operation and shorter drying time, etc. In the drying process, the heating is uniform. After dried, jujube has bright color, little and shallow wrinkle on the skin, strong elasticity, small color difference on the front and reverse sides as well as increased commercial grade, average price and economic benefit.

In addition to drying of jujube, 5H series fruit and vegetable dryer can be also used to dry multiple subsidiary agricultural products to enhance the economic value and increase the foreign exchange earning, such as vegetables, edible fungi, traditional Chinese medicinal materials, marine products, fresh fruits, grains and forage grass, etc. The equipment can be applied for multiple purposes, improving the utilization rate of dryer.
